Residential Surveys

Our residential property surveys are a full and complete boundary survey of your property, depicting your property lines, property corners, and visible improvements on the site. The survey will be prepared in conformance with Minimum Technical Standards as required by Georgia Law. All property corners will either be recovered or re-established and visibly flagged. Visible improvements will be located and measured. A survey plat will be prepared depicting the subject property lines and existing above ground visible improvements. Visible encroachments will be noted. All matters of title will be accepted.
