In 2015 we provided a survey for the entirety of the old Fort Gillem army base in Forest Park and have been working with Robinson Weeks and the City of Forest Park for the last 9 years on this project. We helped facilitate the subdivision of the Army’s property into the logistics center it is now so the city can create tax parcels and sell the land. As well as multiple plats for roadway dedications along Anvil Block Road, Ratteree Road, and Metcalf Road. In its entirety it consisted of approximately 1,000 acres of land and approximately 30 parcels.

Eberly has been using Valentino & Associates for most of its’ boundary, topographic, utility, and tree surveys for the past 15 years. We have provided surveys for over 200 properties since 2009. These properties include industrial sites, schools and hospitals, and other commercial sites.
